Bagi mahasiswa S-1 psikologi, buku yang secara utuh berisi tentang teori-teori wawancara sangat terbatas. Secara umum referensi merujuk pada buku-buku metodologi penelitian yang beberapa bagian membahas metode pengumpulan data dengan wawancara. Keterbatasan buku-buku wawancara yang berfokus pada psikologi atau yang sering disebut mata kuliah psikodiagnostik. Penulis berharap buku ini bisa menjadi tambahan referensi bagi mahasiswa psikologi dan semua disiplin ilmu secara umum.
