Buku praktikum ini bertujuan agar mahasiswa mudah mengaplikasikan peraturan-peraturan perpajakan dalam penghitungan dan pengisian Surat Pemberitahuan (SPT) Masa PPh Pasal 22, 23/26, 4 ayat (2), dan 15. Dalam buku praktikum ini, soal-soal yang disajikan berupa studi kasus yang komprehensif (latihan soal beberapa transaksi pembayaran sampai dengan pengisian SPT) dan mencakup kasus-kasus yang mendekati praktik-praktik di lapangan. Mahasiswa juga dapat mengerjakan soal secara parsial dalam studi kasus-studi kasus yang ada dalam buku ini. Buku praktikum ini juga menjelaskan secara singkat ketentuan-ketentuan peraturan perpajakan yang terkait penghitungan PPh Pasal 22, 23, 26, 4 ayat (2), dan 15, seperti ketentuan terkait mekanisme pengenaan pajak, pihak pemotong/pemungut pajak, pihak yang dipotong/dipungut, serta objek dan tarif pemotongan/pemungutan PPh dimaksud. Harapannya mahasiswa dapat dengan mudah dan cepat memperoleh acuan ketentuan penghitungan PPh Pasal 22, 23, 26, 4 ayat (2), dan 15 pada saat mengerjakan studi kasus.

This volume contains the proceedings of the ninth international workshop on logic-based program synthesis and transformation (LOPSTR’99) which was held in Venice (Italy), September 22-24, 1999. LOPSTRistheannualworkshopandforumforresearchersinthelogic-based program development stream of computational logic. The main focus used to be on synthesis and transformation of logic programs, but the workshop is open to contributions on logic-based program development in any paradigm. Previous workshops were held in Manchester, UK (1991, 1992), Louvain-la-Neuve, B- gium (1993), Pisa, Italy (1994), Arnhem, The Netherlands (1995), Stockholm, Sweden (1996), Leuven, Belgium (1997), and Manchester, UK (1998). LOPSTR is a real workshop in the sense that it is a friendly and lively forum for presenting recent and current research as well as discussing future trends. Formal proceedings of the workshop are produced only after the workshop and contain only those papers selected by the program committee after a second refereeing process. The program committee of LOPSTR’99 accepted 20 extended abstracts for presentation at the workshop; then selected 14 papers for inclusion in the po- workshop proceedings. Selected papers cover all the main streams of LOPSTR’s topics: synthesis, specialization, transformation, analysis, and veri?cation. Ve- ?cation, transformation, and specialization methods are applied to functional, constraint, logic, and imperative programming.

Celebrating 50 years (19622012) of deltaK

The teaching and learning of mathematics in Alberta one of three Canadian provinces sharing a border with Montana has a long and storied history. An integral part of the past 50 years (19622012) of this history has been deltaK: Journal of the Mathematics Council of the Alberta Teachers' Association. This volume, which presents ten memorable articles from each of the past five decades, that is, 50 articles from the past 50 years of the journal, provides an opportunity to share this rich history with a wide range of individuals interested in the teaching and learning of mathematics and mathematics education. Each decade begins with an introduction, providing a historical context, and concludes with a commentary from a prominent member of the Alberta mathematics education community. As a result, this monograph provides a historical account as well as a contemporary view of many of the trends and issues in the teaching and learning of mathematics.
